We have changed our online system to give more flexibility and allow more options.  Administrative queries will remain open all of the time whereas clinical will open at 730 am Mon – Fri to begin with until we reach capacity for the day.  We will closely monitor this over the next few weeks until we find the optimum time span.  Hopefully giving more scope at the point of enquiry will give us a better chance of prioritising the urgent from the routine.  The more information you can give us to begin with will help the clinicians with their task. The online form give far more opportunity for you to fill out at your leisure and give more details than we can take over the phone.  We also have a dedicated team on this all day every workday now so this will be the way to get the most out of the system.
