Please bring a towel, bottle of water and your own mat if you have one.

A fitness instructor and Pilates specialist for over 26 years with a background in music and performing arts, Kathryn’s classes are always uplifting and motivational and set to an awe inspiring soundtrack. Kathryn has put together a series of basic standing and floor based exercises to focus on building strength throughout the body as well as promoting better balance and enhanced flexibility. All are welcome to join in, but please do be aware that it is advisable to bring a thick mat or a mat and a towel to provide extra cushioning for the stone floor of the Minster!
