Life & Loss Circle: Who Am I Now?
Grief has the power to reshape our lives.
It can shift our sense of identity, impact our wellbeing and change how we move through the world. When left unacknowledged, it can feel heavy, confusing and isolating.
And yet, within grief… there is also space. Space to pause, to feel, to reconnect and to gently begin again.
Grief does not only come from losing someone we love. It can live in endings, in change, in relationships, in our health…in who we once were and who we are becoming.
Sometimes it is loud and overwhelming. Sometimes it is quiet and hard to name. This circle offers a space to honour ALL of it.
This somatic healing circle will help you explore how to embrace the unknown and find inner calm even when everything around you feels like it’s shifting.
If you’re ready to feel supported and begin healing from your grief in a way that honours you, this circle is here for you.
🌿 THE CIRCLES
Each gathering explores a different aspect of grief and loss.
This circle’s theme is: Who Am I Now?
This is a 75-minute guided circle offering a space to reflect on identity, change and who you are becoming after loss.
